I can use my laptop to type in other applications like the internet, but it just won’t type in any Microsoft office software like Word, Excel, Outlook or Powerpoint.

I have the microsoft office software for my desktop, can i use the same disk to get office on my Dell laptop? Or do I need to buy the software again, and is it the same thing or something special specific to use on a laptop? help??

My computer crashed. I have fixed it but now my registered Microsoft office software needs it product code which i lost during the move to my new home. What do i do when Sony and microsoft will not help solve this issue. I bought it, registered it and so i shouldnt have to purchase it all over again.

As you can see I am not an expert w/ Microsoft Office but would someone pls tell me if it’s possible or not? Also I have a Toshiba Windows Vista laptop and already has a built in Microsoft office software but I have used up the trial so I was wonderin where could i purchase a key product?

I lost the cd where it was my microsoft office software. I got it installed on my laptop, but not sure how to borrow a copy for my friend. Will copying/pasting the file do the trick?
