I recently set up a user password on my computer and make my folders private.
Now, everytime I try to access a file in My Documents, I get an "Access is denied" error message,
I removed the password, and I still get the message.
I’m only doing simple things, like trying to attach files to e-mail messages or download pictures from friends…not rocket science here.
Any help would be appreciated.

I got an e-mail from my cousin with a spreadsheet that is password protected. To figure out the password you have to solve the puzzle.
This is a 5th grade math problem. If you can open the spreadsheet, you’ll see it’s a very small list of people who have gotten the correct number. This is not a trick question. This is a real math problem so don’t say that a bus has no legs.
There are 7 girls in a bus. Each girl has 7 backpacks. In each backpack, there are 7 big cats. For every big cat there are 7 little cats.
The bus driver is not in the bus at this time.
Question:
How many legs are there in the bus? (The number of legs is the password to unlock the Excel sheet. If you open it, add your name, save it, and then send it on to see who else can unlock it.)
I can’t figure it out. Can you?

Thanks. I tried it exactly that way, but I don’t have a calculator on me and I guess my math isn’t that great, lol.

I use Outlook to manage my E-mail at the Ohio State University. Recently, McAfee VirusScan has been stopping me from sending messages with Outlook giving me the message "553 sorry". I haven’t had this problem before. What could have caused it and what can I do to remedy it?
